As a result of the continuous research and development in the field of wire and wire products Link Middle East (LME) presents its latest structural solution in the form of “LinkWeld" Mesh.

"LinkWeld" Mesh is typically a panel manufactured from mild steel galvanized wires or stainless steel wires. LME's existing factory facilities also offer the application of organic powder coating of any color of choice over LinkWeld Mesh panels if necessary.

"LINKWELD" MESH ROLL DIMENSIONS
Internal diameter of roll =D ==200 mm.
Width of roll = W =1.2 m to 1.5 m
Length of roll = L = upto 15m.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
• Tensile strength of mild steel or galvanized wires ranges from 400 N/mm2 to 550 N/mm2 as per BS 1052:1980 specifications
• Zinc coating as well as GALFAN coating on wires can be done as per EN 10244-2 &BS 1052:1980
• Stainless Steel LinkWeld Mesh is manufactured as per SS 304 specification.

Palisade Fencing

Agricultural Fencing / Ring Lock Systems/ Sand Fencing

These systems are used where very large areas of land need to be control at effective prices. 
LME's Ringlock animal Fencing system is mainly used as an anti-intrusion barrier against camels and other animals. The most common use is on highways where vast distances are covered at a very economical cost. Ringlock can also be used to enclose areas such as farms, forest and national parks where security is not critical. This system is easy to install and can be erected in a comparative short time.

 
Features of Ringlock Animal Fence

• The quality Ringlock allows fencing to follow uneven ground, making it quicker to erect at less cost.

• The ring structure increases grid strength and the open formation allows moisture to escape resulting in less maintenance.

• Ringlock's one piece vertical stay wires eliminates the need for droppers or expensive selvedge wires, and allows the distance between posts to be increased, resulting in easier erection and lower costs per kilometer.

• Built-in tension crimps absorb impact to protect the animals and reduce maintenance.

• High Tensile vertical wires return the fence to its original position after the animal pressure.

Specification For Ringlock Fence Mesh

1. All wires are Heavily Galvanised or Galfan Coated to BS EN 10244-2
2. Line and Selvedge Wires are crimped at interval 150 mm.
3. Vertical wires spacing can be 150 mm, 300 mm or 600 mm.
4. Maximum number of wires 14 Nos. with a minimum speacing of 75mm.

Specification For Straining Post
Made from l-Beam IPE120, comes with two supporting struts made from 75x50x 6mm thk. Angle , place at intervals of 150 Meters centres. These are fitted with necessary accessories such as wire vise , nuts and bolts.

Specification For End Post
Made from l-Beam IPE120, comes with one supporting strut made from 75x50x6mm thk. Angle , place at ends or start position of fencing . These are fitted with necessary accessories such as wire vise , nuts and bolts.

Specification For Corner Post
Two End Posts are used to make the corners. Construction same as above End Post.

Specification For Intermediate Post
Made from l-Beam IPE80 place at intervals of 10 Meters centres.
These are fitted with accessories such as wire plug and stainless steel staple.

All Post are Hot Dip Galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461
